This category collects all articles dealing with technology, that is simple enough to be created and maintained without a big industry behind. In a small colony on Mars this allows a growing society without the need of endless replenishment from Earth, hence independence. You can create a new category with this button. Leave the word Category: in place and add the name of your new category after it.

You will still need to enter [[Category:Lo-tech]] in your new category to have it show up in this list. If you wish to include this template, then add the line {{CreateCat}} also.
